Early Foundations

2008 – 2012 

After completing my diploma in applied arts and goldsmithing, I reached an early crossroads. Instead of continuing formal design studies, I chose to support my family in a demanding entrepreneurial project, stepping into real responsibility from a young age.

During this time, I developed discipline, resilience, and teamwork through hands-on work, while nurturing a parallel passion for graphic design and emerging digital tools. Teaching myself HTML and design software, I began building a small portfolio through local projects: my first exposure to technology as a path for creativity, problem-solving, and personal growth.

Motion

2013 – 2016 

Hospitality became the foundation of my professional growth.
Working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, I developed excellence in service, communication, and teamwork while mastering English and deepening my expertise through WSET Level 2 and 3 certifications. Along the way, I competed and won in the London cocktail scene, refining precision, creativity, and performance under pressure.

More importantly, these years marked my first real transition into leadership. I moved from individual contributor to team leader, learning how motivation, trust, and emotional intelligence directly impact results. Hospitality shaped my early management mindset: I had to learn that people, culture, and consistency are the true drivers of sustainable performance.

Leadership

2017 – 2020 

By this stage, my career had evolved from execution into true leadership. I stepped into senior operational roles across Brooklands Hotel, Celebrity Cruises (Royal Caribbean Group), and Ivy Collection, leading multi-site food and beverage operations at scale in high-performance environments.

This period transformed how I understood business. I moved beyond service excellence into financial ownership, developing strong foundations in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and revenue optimisation. Performance metrics, operational efficiency, and profitability became part of my daily discipline.

Leading new openings and overseeing regional operations taught me how structure, consistency, and strategy drive sustainable results. It was here that I began connecting people, numbers, and decisions to commercial outcomes. This helped me lay the groundwork for my sales, business development, and continuous growth mindset.

Momentum

2021 – 2023 

The years following the global disruption of COVID marked one of the most defining transitions in my career. Navigating an uncertain market shaped by the pandemic and Brexit, I returned to the UK and chose to rely fully on myself as freelancer, leading new-opening projects as a project manager for Dunedin Boutique Hotel, Grappelli Cobham, and Yoooserv.

While these projects strengthened my ability to operate under pressure, manage complexity, and deliver results in volatile environments, they also sparked an important realisation: my passion for hospitality had evolved. The industry that once defined me no longer aligned with the future I wanted to build.

Rather than pursuing an internal move into sales within familiar environments, I chose to bet on myself and pursue the ambition for the world of tech & innovation and prove my value within global brands. This decision marked my intentional shift toward sales and business development, leading me to step into the tech industry through PayPal, where my journey into business development truly began thriving.

Results

2024 – Currently 

Today, I help organisations scale sustainably by aligning people, process, and technology, always grounded in data, automation, and long-term impact.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with leading global brands such as PayPal, where I consistently ranked among top performers across EMEA, RealAdvisor as an Account Executive in a fast-growing tech environment, and Amazon Business, where I continue to compete and perform at the highest level.

Alongside hands-on execution, I’ve strengthened my foundation through advanced studies, including a Mini MBA, Google Digital Marketing Diploma, and Project Management certification, sharpening my ability to think strategically, operate with structure, and build scalable sales systems for empowering teams, engage buyers, and drive measurable growth.
