This approach removed friction from the sales process and accelerated time to value for clients.

By acting as both sales and technical support, we built stronger trust with merchants, offered immediate, tangible solutions to integration challenges, and reduced dependency on follow-up technical tickets.

I identified a major bottleneck in PayPal’s sales pipeline, affecting nearly 40% of active opportunities: merchants blocked by incomplete KYC/KYB verification, preventing access to high-value features such as PPCP and ACDC.

I designed and shared a structured compliance workflow that enabled the team to proactively guide merchants through identity verification directly.

This shifted our approach to value-led problem solving, unlocking restricted accounts and converting stalled opportunities into warm, high-intent leads. We accelerated access to core payment solutions, improved merchant trust, shortened conversion timelines, and reduced friction for internal tech and compliance teams.

As a result of this impact, I was entrusted with managing high-end marketplace clients: strategic accounts with greater complexity and revenue potential. I expanded my role in enterprise account management, overseeing AML compliance and onboarding procedures.

By combining real account insights with AdLibly’s scripting, quizzes, and knowledge-reinforcement workflows, I strengthened consistency across outreach, improved confidence in high-stakes conversations, and accelerated ramp-up on advanced objection handling.
