Building B2bee: an AI sales-intelligence concept

B2bee started from a problem I experienced directly in B2B sales: too much time on research, not enough time on conversations. This article covers the problem, the concept, the stack, and where the build is heading.

The problem B2bee is solving

Sales reps spend an estimated 30–40% of their time on research, account prep, and context-gathering before they can have a meaningful conversation. That's pipeline time lost to admin. B2bee is designed to compress that research layer dramatically.

The concept: product intelligence meets target intelligence

B2bee matches what a product does (product intelligence) with what a target account needs (target intelligence) and surfaces the most relevant commercial angle for the rep. The output is a real-time sales-chat environment that helps reps prepare and execute faster.

Who it's built for

B2B sales reps, SDRs, account executives, and sales teams who need to move faster without sacrificing quality. Particularly relevant for teams selling into multiple verticals or markets where context-switching is constant.

The stack and build approach

Built using Base44 for the core product logic, AI-assisted product design for UX flows, and sales-intelligence logic developed from direct commercial experience. The build is a live concept prototype — not a finished commercial product.

Current status and next steps

B2bee is an active build in the concept prototype phase. Prototype link, screenshots, and product brief are in progress. The goal is to validate the core concept with real sales operators before expanding the feature set.
